I have created a new change model and I am trying restrict it by using user critiera. I aded that user critieria in Not available tab but it is not working.

I was able to figure it out. Had to remove some custom ACL on chg_model table. These ACL were bypassing the user criteria listed in Not available and avialable tab.

@Wirasat : By any chance are you checking with an admin user? Admins will be able to see all in the system...
