user has ITIL role but not able see records from asmt_metric_result table.

One user has ITIL access. Not able see records from asmt_metric_result table.
We have checked from the access analyzer,user passed the table read and report view,query range,query match,report on.
But  still user not able to see data.

@Ankur Bawiskar  User already has  survey_reader role.

from where is that itil user checking?

is it via some reporting? etc?

I checked with itil role user and he is able to see the data

User is able to see records but whenever he is trying to add filter in reference field(Number) it is getting blank.
Like user want to check specific change request, whenever he is putting change number into instance.task.number field it is getting blank.
