user is not active in user table

Hi Team , 

User is inactive in the user table and while doing activation we are receiving this error "the In order to prevent the logins, user must be locked out."(to make active lockout field make false and active make true). I am not able to active he user and in the AD server user is active .

Yes , this business rule is active

you need to set the lockout to true and active to false firstly to pass the validation in BR or disable this BR and update the user record.

Hi @chandan2212 ,

Although you have not given any screenshot but what i guess that "Locked out" check box is checked so remove that check box and save the record, user should be activated without any issue.
