user is not active in user table

Hi Team ,
User is inactive in the user table and while doing activation we are receiving this error "the In order to prevent the logins, user must be locked out."(to make active lockout field make false and active make true). I am not able to active he user and in the AD server user is active .

while doing above step it is showing invalid record and only one record is existing for this user.

that means there is duplicate record in user table. you need to check if there is duplicate id in user table.

I have checked , but there is no duplicate record. Still i am facing same error .

Hi @chandan2212 ,
It means user table is having a duplicate entry or if your Servcienow is syncing with AD then there is a duplicate record is AD. In case there is a entry in AD with same Email ID (and i am asusming that Email ID is coleasce) so you need to change Email ID so that while SN sync with AD- new record will be inserted in the ServiceNow. so please search if you have any duplicate entry in SN or in AD.
