User is not available in Service Portal

Hi Team 

User is available in sys_user table but not able to find In the Service portal while filling the form

@Vyanktesh08 Looks like you are trying to search the user on a user field either on a catalog item or a record producer. On such fields users are filtered using reference qualifier. You can either remove the reference qualifier or update it so that you can select additional users.

Hi @Vyanktesh08 ,

 

You need to look into the field from a catalog item / Record producer perspective, and see if there are any reference qualifier since you can select the user.
