User name is not populating in assigned to field

Hi Team , 

in assignment field one of the user name is not populating , i have checked he is a active user and also he is a part of that group .

what could be the reason ? why his name is not populating ?

its giving invalid reference issue

Hi @Pramod5,

is there any reference qualifier set? It can require a role or any other condition to be met.

Click right mouse button on the assigned to field, then select Configure dictionary and search for reference tab and there's reference qualifier, review and/or share it here to know more

EDIT: what table are we talking about? if a RQ is set on Task level it will be applied for all its child tables (e.g. incident, change, problem, interaction, idea, .....) unless it has its own reference qualifier set as per dictionary override. So don't forhet tto review that as well
