Users is not showing in PDI

Hi All,

 

While creating incident in Washington DC PDI instance when I am trying to select 'Assigned to' there I am seeing only 50 users and I want to see the list of all active users available in the system. 

I tried removing dependent as well as Attributes value but it also doesn't work.

Any guide from community members will be appreciated.

Hi there,

 

Are you working on a fresh PDI, so we can reproduce? Or are you on a PDI with years of development, trial and error and eater eggs 🙂

 

I assume you already checked the Reference qualifier. Did you also check for any query business rules?

Just checked on my PDI, I was getting only 53 results. Guess similar like you. I remoded the reference qualifier, still 53.

Then had a look at the Dictionary overrides, disabled that one... 700+ users!
