Hello Everyone,

We are currently facing an issue where non-admin users are unable to view the data associated with catalog form details. To troubleshoot this, we have taken the following steps:

1. Access Control Lists (ACLs): We reviewed the relevant ACLs to ensure that the necessary permissions are in place.
2. Roles Verification: We confirmed that the users have the required ITSM roles.
3. Catalog Admin Role: We even assigned the catalog_admin role to the affected users to broaden their access.

Despite these efforts, the issue persists, and non-admin users still cannot access the catalog form data.

Could you please help us identify any additional configurations or overlooked settings that might be causing this restriction? Any guidance or suggestions to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

Use "Access Analyzer" to check the permissions with the particular user.
