Variable set showing backend value instead of face value once data selected

Hello,

I have created a variable set and its showing required Label to end user and populate required field data as label in choice field, but after selection its showing name instead of label in catalog item , how can I correct it is its default feature of SNOW, please help.

It's not "SNOW" — the correct term is "SN" or "ServiceNow."
