View attachment from Knowledge Article rather than downloading

Hi Community Members,

I want to view attachments which are attached in a Knowledge Article from the Knowledge Article viewer window. Default functionality of ServiceNow is that when user is in backend Knowledge Article viewer and display attachments for that Knowledge Article is true & when user clicks on the attachment, it downloads it. I want to view all the attachments of all the knowledge articles rather than downloading it!

Just like in backend view when we select view link in front of the attachment, it shows the attachment in a new window"

I found the answer for this!

We just need to enable property (glide.knowman.use_document_viewer) and after that there will be a view button in front of attachments in Knowledge Article view.
