Visual task board not showing incident

Hi All,

 

We are having visual task board configured on our instance where the filter says that "Active is true" and "assingment group is something" or assingment group is something.

Running that filter on incident table shows 30 records but the VTB shows 7 records only.

What can be the cause? @Ankur Bawiskar @Maik Skoddow  Can you guys help?

The filter is just simple.

VTB image can not be shared.
