Seeking guidance on Visual Task Boards in ServiceNow. How can I access this module and create/manage different boards for my teams? Also, what specific roles are required to undertake these tasks effectively? Any insights or advice would be incredibly helpful! Thanks in advance!

For access the module, please ensure that this plugin is activated: com.glide.ui.vtb. You can do that by going to systen definitions --> Plugins:

Afterwards you will have access to below:

Where you can manage and create new boards:
