Hi All,
I have installed Walk up Plugin on my client's Paris ServiceNow Dev Instance. I have loaded the demo data as well.
When I have opened walk up portal (/walkup) by impersonating Walk User then I am only able to see Locations that came as part of Demo Data that is -San Diego and Santa Clara. I am able to see only these 2 locations in the walk up portal.
I have created few more locations on table 'wu_location_queue' and also linked appointments as well with these locations.
I have linked Reason for visit as well with these locations. However, still I am not able to see these custom locations on the walk up portal.
Let me know if anyone knows the reason why these locations are not visible.
Regards,
Gaurav

Hi,
Thank you for your response.
Locations remain inactive in wu_location_queue table if they do not have a valid "reason for visit". It is not applicable for 'schedule, location, timezone in schedule and location attached to walkup location'.
The fix for my question was 'Access Type' field on 'wu_location_queue' table. This field should have some value. Earlier this field was empty for my Walk up locations. When I have added value in this field then issue is fixed.
schedule", "location" or "timezone in schedule or location attached to walkup location).
Marking this as correct answer..

Are these locations visible on normal portal (/sp?id=walkup_online_checkin)?

To address this issue I needed to add a reason by selecting reasons for Visit> edit> then moving the reasons and saving, selecting the activate and updating the location.
