Walk-up interaction closed abandoned automatically after 5 mins of record created.

We are facing an issue with interaction created when joining the queue from the portal.
Initially, interaction is on New state after 5 mins of gap system is changing the interaction state to closed abandoned.
*checked flows, and scheduled jobs but no luck on this.

has this been resolved ? I have a similar issue that I'm facing now, whenever I try to click on click to call button interaction state moves to closed abandoned state.

@Shravani1914 Check whether the advanced work assignment is configured in your instance.
Thre is a default chat service channel it should run only when the interaction is of type chat.
*If there is no condition it will trigger when an interaction of any type is created and if no agents respond to it, automatically walk-up interaction will be closed abandoned.
