Watcher is not able to see comments and doesn't trigger notification.

Hi All,

I'm Facing two problems, When adding a watcher onto Incident, that doesn't trigger an email to the person added as a watcher.
This also applies to REQUESTS.

and also "Watcher can't see comments on SNOW"

However, added watcher onto REQUEST and added comment: watcher could see comment on email received but when clicked on link could not see comment within SNOW application.

 

I want to create email notification on INC and REQ table.

Hi @abc1233 

If you want to enable access for watchlist, verify your ACLs , if watchlist has access to comments, ideally OOB they should have the access, but verify from your end.

But I have one doubt if 

Users, that don't have fulfiller license, that are marked on the Watch List of a ticket in SNOW can't comment on the ticket and participate on it.

Is this a limitation of SNOW?
