Need Escalation button enable when SLA reach to 50% milestone on Service Portal.

Dear All,

 

Need ESCALATION BUTTON on SERVICE PORTAL and its get enable when SLA of the ticket reach 50% milestone, when user click on escalation button ,it should open DIALOG WINDOW and need one text field (ESCALATION REASON)on dialog box ,when user fill the ESCALATION REASON , the escalation reason data save to the custom field on(Task form and Incident form) custom field called (Escalation:-Text Field)

 

Please suggest here.

 

Note:-I tried most of the suggestion given on community regarding escalation button, but not getting proper code to fulfill this requirment.
