Weekend SLA Timer Not Running – Need Help with Schedule Configuration

Hi everyone,
I’ve configured multiple SLAs with different response and resolution times—one set for weekdays and another for weekends. All SLAs are moving to “In Progress” as expected, but I’m seeing an issue:
The weekday SLA shows Business Time Left counting down correctly.
The weekend SLA stays in “In Progress,” but the Business Time Left does not run.
Has anyone encountered this before? Is there a way to ensure that the weekend SLA timer runs only during the weekend and displays the correct progress?
Any guidance would be appreciated!
