What are the roles required to view subscribed articles

Hi,

What are roles required to view subscribed articles?

ex: As a Knowledge manager/owner want to see who all subscribed to Knowledge articles under their Knowledge bases.

All subscription entries are storing in 'sn_actsub_subobject_stream' table.

Thanks.

Hi @snowsnow367

Any user can subscribe the KA and Knowledge manager can see who subscribe the KA.

Knowledge manager is able to see their own subscribed entries, due to ACLs on that table.

As Knowledge manager/owner, we want to see all the user and articles details.

I think you need to update ACL to view all entires.

I have checked the ACLs, but we don't want to update/overwrite OOB ACLs.

Do we have any OOB solution, Knowledge manager/owner want to see subscribed articles list under where they are owner/manager.
