What does RITM stand for?

Im needing to do some documentation, and I always start with a glossary of terms. Shockingly, I was unable to find the definition of this most basic part of Service Now in the terminology page! Anyone know?

Short for "Requested Item".

Requested Item, it's just used to prefix that table which is named sc_req_item
