Im needing to do some documentation, and I always start with a glossary of terms. Shockingly, I was unable to find the definition of this most basic part of Service Now in the terminology page! Anyone know?
Thanks!!

- RITM stands for Requested Item. - It is a term used in ServiceNow to represent a specific item that a user has requested. - Each RITM can have multiple tasks associated with it, which are used to track the work done to fulfill the request. - RITMs are part of the Service Catalog module in ServiceNow, which allows users to request specific services or items. - When a user submits a request, a Request record (REQ) is created, which can contain one or more RITMs. - Each RITM represents a single item or service requested, and can have its own workflow and approval process. nowKB.com
