Thanks for your reply, 

i request you here, could you please clarify the things.

For Ex: i got 6 incidents on Email issue so now  i just thought to create one change Request - how can i find Configuration item,   How Can i Consider the Conflict Status field message  at the time of work level

Conflict status should not include change requests that are in closed or completed state how to achieve this.
