what is the means of inbound and outbound email actions ,and what is the difference between the both

1. what is inbound email action?
   An inbound email action in ServiceNow is a feature that allows the system to process incoming emails, create or update records, and trigger workflows based on the content of the email.
   e.g. When an email containing a specific keyword is received, ServiceNow creates an incident record and assigns it to the IT support team for resolution.
   
   

2. what is integration?
   Integration in the context of software refers to the process of connecting different systems or applications to work together, enabling data exchange and functionality across them. 
   e.g. Integrating a company's HR system with ServiceNow to automatically update employee records and create incident tickets when new employees are onboarded.
   
   

3. what is workflow?
   In ServiceNow, a workflow is a series of automated steps and actions that facilitate the execution of a process or task, often involving multiple users or systems.
   e.g. A workflow in ServiceNow that automates the approval process for purchase requests, involving multiple stakeholders and notifications at each step.
   
   

4. if the customer gets any issue in the client script how will you help for customer?
   If a customer faces issues with a client script in ServiceNow, I would assist by identifying and troubleshooting the problem, reviewing the script for errors, and providing guidance or suggestions for a resolution.
   e.g. If a customer encounters an issue with a client script, I would analyze the script, check for syntax errors, and debugging, and provide suggestions or code improvements to resolve the problem.
