What are the best approaches to integrate two ServiceNow instances. Is it REST API or Service Bridge or eBonding etc.?
We are planning to do from Incident(ServiceNow instance 1) to Case(ServiceNow instance 2). (incident to case convert). Also help us with the code.

Hi @Sarah Bouil ,
It's the REST APIs which is the best one.
You can follow this guide and start your own Integration :

Hi @Sarah Bouil,
If you are looking for a no-code, free integration solution you can use OpsHub’s Community Edition for this integration. OpsHub, a ServiceNow partner and a certified integration tool, OpsHub offers a federated integration platform that can help ease your integration journey.
OpsHub takes care of the following advanced use cases also:
- Integration Richness: OpsHub can integrate the complete incident information such as attachments, web links, comments, traceability, and inline images on ServiceNow instances.
- Field-level conflict management: If you are looking to integrate data bidirectionally, data may be updated simultaneously on ServiceNow instances, causing conflicts. OpsHub supports Field-level conflict management to maintain consistent data across ServiceNow instances.
- No-code, GUI-only configuration: Rich bi-directional integration between Incident and Case can be configured from tool GUI, without having to understand the nitty-gritty of APIs.
You can reach out to OpsHub’s integration experts for further queries.
Thanks
Vishal
