An End User reported the same issue this morning. Recently upgraded from Quebec to San Diego and now when a user goes to Email under More Options in the Incident (for example) it does not come up with the Paste formatting option prompt and copies the text in the predefined font and font size.
Previously in Quebec the Paste formatting option would prompt the user on whether they wanted to Remove Formatting or Keep Formatting however it is not doing that in San Diego.
Per KB0661805 I checked the glide.ui.html.editor.v4.paste.html_import and glide.ui.html.editor.v4.paste.word_import sys_properties records and they match between the two versions.
Would be interested in knowing the fix if a new property was introduced or if something changed with TinyMCE.
