Hello,
I have the same issue!
For a workaround, I create the View in the screen you attached (click on the New button), complete the Workspace View Rule, and then, go back to the table, and edit the view from there.

Hello,
Looks like this is only for Configurable workspace as this doesn't have predefined view, See screenshot below of HR Agent workspace which is displaying views properly so try to configure view first for configurable workspace and then create view rule. Mark my answer as correct if that helps
