When i open the virtual agent it is getting lines in csm portal

Hi,

 

Virtual agent is not working when i open the virtual agent it is getting lines in csm portal.

Can anyone please help on this,It will be useful.

is this happening for all users and everytime?

Did you clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login again?

Yes, it is happening for all users from last one day  and also done with cache.do and logout and loggedin but still it is not working.
