Hi,
Virtual agent is not working when i open the virtual agent it is getting lines in csm portal.
Can anyone please help on this,It will be useful.

is this happening for all users?
Did you try testing the topics which were not customized recently?

I have tested from the topics but not working, here my issue is when i open va chatbot it is not showing any greetings, show me everthing...etc...it is just showing dot lines when i refresh also it is showing dot lines.
