when knowledge feedback awaiting information email when replied the state should be work in progress

Hi All,

I have a requirement where when submitted by user replies to the Knowledge Feedback task state is in awaiting information the Knowledge Feedback task state should be automatically change to work in progress.
How to achieve this requirement any help is appreciated.
