Hi,I have 2 questions here,
(1) why sometimes when user click on ${mailto:mailto.approval} link to approve / reject using outlook desktop app ( this is not happening in outlook web app) , it will open a new browser window, but it will not approve/ reject the approval. Is there any settings we need to configure in emails.?
2) I need to know how this ${mailto:mailto.approval} works, when user clicks on ${mailto:mailto.approval} link, it will route to outlook web and open a new email window with the subject "Re:RITM1474790 - approve",, after sending this , how it will trigger status of Re:RITM1474790 to approved.

1) I've seen behavior like that happen if the user doesn't have a default email application set on Windows. Even though they have Outlook open, Windows isn't sure what to do with the mailto: link. The web app has different logic for handling those URLs.
2) It happens through the inbound email action Update Approval Request: /nav_to.do?uri=sysevent_in_email_action.do?sys_id=b43ef438c611227100a9aa83fe121dda
