when we check the blocked box of story form then, add blocked label on sprint board/vtb

Hello All,
We have an requirement when we check the blocked box of story form then, the blocked label on sprint board/vtb should also be blocked and when we uncheck the blocked box of story form then, the blocked label on sprint board/vtb should also be unblocked.
Can anyone help me to achieve this functionality?
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Did you ever get this figured out? We have a similar use case. Also would like to see similar functionality in the Collaborative Work Management module for the KAN BAN board.
