Where can I check the Snow instance's system time zone setting?

I set the display to Japan time zone, but I feel that the internal processing is running on a different time zone.
Where can I find the time zone settings?

Hello @ayano it depends on the logged in user time zone

If you have set the time zone in your  display preferences to japan it will reflect japans time zone every where for you

when you login.

Still if you are seeing an different time zone navigate to system properties-->basic configuration and usder this you can see the default time zone which might be overriding in  your case

Hope this helps

There is something called system timezone, one is logged in user tie zone, which you set in User preference.

Although, display time is dependent on system timezone, or if you are setting the preference for yourself, but servicenow internally store the date and time in Coordinated Universal Time(UTC)
