Where to start when planning for Integration with Tidal Automation?

The is my first integration with ServiceNow and looking for any guidance or pointers of where to start. The end goal is to have incident created/update/resolved based off a specific job failure

Check the video in the below link, you have to do some configuration in Tidal side to make it work.
