I’m currently planning a ServiceNow (new) implementation with focus on Employee Center, ITSM, and ITOM.
I’m trying to understand which Success Pack would be the best fit for this type of project - searching in MyNow I get 8 relevant ITSM success packs ("ITSM modernize IT service management", "Optimize ITSM", "Operate IT as a service", etc.)
As our project is not limited to ITSM alone, I’m also wondering how to best handle the situation of having multiple relevant Success Packs - ideally without needing to follow three separate ones in parallel.
Given this setup, I have a two questions:
- How do you typically choose the right Success Pack for a multi-stream implementation like this?
- Are there approaches to combine or streamline multiple Success Packs into one success pack?
