Why Approver Comments are copying twice in the form in ESC portal?

Hi All,

Actually we have one custom form Time Sheet in ESC portal , on that if Approver add comments , it copying twice, but we need only once

Please help me to solve this

What is you update comments in Native UI. (not on portal)?

Also check if your widget has any logic to copy comments.

i am updating comments from portal only, just to showcase the fields i have placed from backend form

Yes, just to confirm what is causing this issue. Did you try native uI for updating comments? Is it duplicating comments when added from native/classic UI?

Did you check your widgets?

Yes, from the native ui also when i updating comments , it updated twice , one comment line was from Custom BR 

and 2nd line comment was from Ootb only, but i am unable to find where it from

in widget we donot having regarding comments
