Why is there a duration for Stages that is without any numbers set on it?

Hey Experts,

May we know why is there a duration for stages that do not have any numbers set on it?

Highlighted with yellow: (Completed / Complete Stages with 0 seconds)

This is the duration set in Flow Stages.

I observe that this is not the case in out-of-the-box.

In OOB, it has no duration for this.

Please advise what is the problem on this.

Thanks in advance.

Hi John,

The duration fields show an expected duration on the stage formatter for records (particularly request items) that the workflow is running against.

Hello Yousaf,

Thank you for your response.

We can agree that it is informational.

However, how and why is that the in the example or OOB, the "Completed" stage has no duration or no details about 0 seconds in it?

Our "Completed" stage has "Completed - 0 seconds"

Do you know why?

Completed state doesn't require any duration because completed state is end of the flow and it has been marked after the task is completed so no actual duration is required for this

I can see that the example is from old Workflow Process Engine.
Is this the same in new Flow Process Engine?

Our "Completed" stage is also at the end of the flow.
After the task, it will end and mark stage as completed.find_real_file.png

Still, "Completed" stage has 0 seconds.find_real_file.png

I tried to hide the "Completed" stage.
But still, it has 0 seconds.

Do you know any issue on this?
