Hi Community,
without approving the RITM Business application record is updating the install status to implementing and operational status to retired and when i checked in the audit history it is showing as updated by system.
I have checked the flow designer no issues in flow designer and i checked the business rules, scripts, etc there is no related scripts running on it. I have attached the screenshot, please check and suggest me on this how to fix this issue. does any faced kind of the issue?
