Hi Community,
without approving the RITM Business application record is updating the install status to implementing and operational status to retired and when i checked in the audit history it is showing as updated by system.
I have checked the flow designer no issues in flow designer and i checked the business rules, scripts, etc there is no related scripts running on it. I have attached the screenshot, please check and suggest me on this how to fix this issue. does any faced kind of the issue?

@Vishal Jaswal , Thanks for the quick response. Okay, I will compare the RITM opened and the audit timestamp.
Yes, I have checked flow execution; it is working as expected, and there are no issues in flow designer, and if you check the audit history in the below screenshot, it is showing as updated by the system.

Please validate below Business Rule is active as False as since Xanadu it is deactivated out-of-the-box: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB2396413
Additionaly, you need to find out flow executions as well as log (if lucky) on 09/01/2026 at 7:21:45 as per below to find out which server side logic updated the Install Status for below Business App:
