Workday Learning Integration

Hello All,

We have a requirement to integrate Workday Learning with ServiceNow. The key requirement is that when users search for Workday Learning courses in Employee Center, the relevant courses should appear in the search results and navigate directly to the course.

Steps Taken So Far:

1. Installed the Workday Learning plugin in ServiceNow.

1. Followed the official documentation Workday Learning Setup Guide, which instructs to navigate to:
   All > Integration Hub > SOAP Integrations > WS-Security Username Profiles.
2. However, I am unable to find the Integration Hub module in my instance.
3. I also searched for plugins related to Integration Hub, but I couldn’t find a common Integration Hub plugin available for installation.

Request for Guidance:

• Does anyone have insights on why Integration Hub is missing?
• What should be the next steps to proceed with this integration?

If client instance then might get from store app.

Thanks for your response. I am working on this in a client instance and would like to confirm if my approach is correct. Has anyone implemented the same integration before? Please let me know.
