Workflow not getting triggered for RITM as non-Admin user.

When we create REQ as Admin, TASK is getting generated. But if we create REQ as end user with other roles. Task is not getting generated. the RITM approval status is not getting changed to approved. It is stuck in the RITM stage. Please help

Is the REQ getting approved? Since unless REQ is not approve the RITM workflow doesn't trigger

Thanks for the response. RITM created from Admin user is showing as approved. But the other RITM is not approved. I checked the Workflow and the approval part shows approved. Let me know if I have to check anything else.
