Hi @FaizanAhmad , Do you know where the approvals are being triggered from - are they coming from a Flow Designer flow? If so, could you share screenshots of the "Ask for Approval" parallel actions? It’s possible that the same users or group are configured in multiple approval steps.

Hi @FaizanAhmad , I can see in the screenshot, t 

the boxes I marked 1,2,3 are going to the same approval. If the first approval is approved, then also the 'Supply Chain' approval is called. Again, if the first approval is approved, it goes to the 'IF' condition, from there it again goes to 'Supply Chain' approval.
