We're currently assessing a shift from a sequential to parallel approval model whereby change approval requests would be directed to multiple groups, in parallel, as opposed to our existing sequential (x layers) implementation.
I'm conscious that this may have been implemented/attempted elsewhere and we're keen to learn from wider community experience/good practice. Any experiences or challenges to share?
