@BrianProvencher welcome to the ServiceNow community. Hopefully we have a Kansas City SNUG coming up. I've unfortunately been unable to attend a meeting since before the pandemic. 

I'm the ITIL 4 Master & Lead ServiceNow ITSM Product Owner for Humana, Inc. I've been on the ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) Product Advisory Council (PAC) for the last two years and have been working on ServiceNow since the 2012 Berlin Release as a certified admin, implementer, process owner, and product owner.

Hi @tcurtis  I am also in Wichita, second Wichitian to be a ServiceNow employee.  ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CMDB, CSDM is my specialites.  Let me know if you need anything!  I wrote tons of delivery content on CMDB, CSDM and ITOM products that our Expert Services Delivery folks use.  
Hopefully we can get a SNUG together and I can come and be a speaker.
