As you are getting ready for your Pre-conference training and your sessions - please make sure you have access to our Exclusive Content space.
Our Exclusive content space has the list of all labs and session presentations. Please make sure you have logged into the community so we can provide the right attendees access.

Frequently asked questions
- When I try to access exclusive content, I see "unauthorized" error message. what should I do?
- This usually means you need to request access - please contact exclusive-content@servicenow.com
- Who can get access to Exclusive content?
- Only Full conference attendees and employees can get access to the exclusive content.
- I am registered for Knowledge but still cannot get access to the content.
- You have to be logged in at-least once to the community for us to provide access. Please do so ahead of the conference so we can provide you access.
