Abstract:
AIOps proposes a very sensible solution for some of the main challenges we face in our IT. But so far, organizations have been struggling to unlock its full value; mainly due to usability issues. In this session we will discuss:
• Why technology advances such as AIOps cannot provide their full potential unless they are combined with a great user experience
• What are the principles we need to follow in order to achieve desired business outcomes via AIOps.
