Abstract: A co-location data center provider needed to replace an antiquated solution to track their equipment inspections and wanted to leverage their CMDB data to drive consistency across their data center footprint. In this session, we will share how we have implemented a custom NOW application to replace an antiquated inspection solution using ServiceNow's out of the box functionality. We will discuss business requirements and how to best align with the ServiceNow platform. Attendees will learn how to: Review business requirements and translate to the Now Platform.
