Abstract: Broadridge HR wanted to service our associates the same way they treat our clients - giving robust answers and helping them to think about all of the possibilities. This small team supporting 15 countries tried everything from documenting processes in a shared drive to working overtime. While progress was made, the results didn’t match the effort. Come hear how the journey to ServiceNow paved the way for increased SLA compliance and Agent engagement, increased HR communication, all while decreasing the time to respond.
