Abstract:
CEMEX is a leader in construction and building materials with more than 45,000 employees globally and a presence in over 40 countries. In 2012, CEMEX began their outsourcing journey. Since then, with key suppliers CEMEX is outsourcing more than 2000 services across the HR, finance and accounting, and process and IT towers, and over 3000 telecommunication services globally.
Before leveraging invoice processing on the Now Platform, CEMEX received around 250 monthly invoices that were processed by seven analysts. In this session, you'll see how they deployed the Now Platform and can now enforce suppliers to standardize invoice management. This allows CEMEX to now help with validation of around 700 monthly invoices, with a team of just four invoice analysts who are handling a 300% increase in processing volumes with an optimization of 30%.
