Abstract: In a single deployment, Chevron successfully moved its global ITSM operations to ServiceNow. Beyond sunsetting legacy tools, this transformation was central to our IT function’s digital roadmap strategy which includes: modernize user experience (service portal and catalog), improve speed to market for IT services (automated service requests), improve IT services cost competitiveness, and maximize accessibility (virtual CABs and integrating with Agile platform). Come to this session to see how we deployed to ~80K employees with ~5K fulfillers in a single deployment.
