Abstract:

Ensuring employees are equipped with needed tools is critical for the success of lululemon. The challenge was to create a modern customer experience (CX) portal for retail and office users. They'll will share their journey to adopt modern, user-centered design techniques to create a world-class, global self-service portal in ServiceNow. In this session, lululemon will discuss: user research; self-service portal design; their global roll-out and communications approach; how they gauge success through metrics and adoption stats; and lessons learned and looking ahead to the future.
