Digitizing IT at a leading helicopter company using ITSM, SDLC, Demand, Asset and Configuration Together
With the ServiceDesk, Bristow IT was able to develop and implement a single platform that serves as the ERP for Information Technology. The platform provides insight into development, operations, and compliance activities for IT and business stakeholders. With the vast majority of IT activities managed through a single platform, the work of IT is simplified while making it easier to report on the value of IT. From this session you will also learn about managing IT in an all-cloud environment where data center, network, security, and solution development are outsourced to managed service providers.
