Abstract:

In this Customer Success Theater session, you will be guided through the Customer Success Plan: A framework for determining how to document your business outcomes, measure progress, and achieve success using the Now Platform. This session will explain how ServiceNow uses defined business outcomes, the Success Readiness Assessment to identify process gaps, and Prescriptive Guidance to build a tailored plan for achieving your ServiceNow vision. At the end of this session, you should be able to state your transformation vision and outcomes.
